Christmas Day

Christmas morning came I was so excited. I was up at midnight, three, six and finally at 7:30 I had kids woke up, I couldn't wait any longer. Justice liked the paper or should I say how it tasted.

I think they all like what Santa put in their stockings. They took longer to look through them then they did opening presents.

Christmas Eve

Decorating Gingerbread houses at Grandma Janes. This has become an annual event. They opened their presents from Grandpa Glenn and Grandma Jane and got money. They couldn't wait to use it but I told them they had to wait til after Christmas. They had it spent within thirty minutes of walking into Walmart Dec. 26th.

LEAVES

The kids raked leaves and as tradition has it they get a picture in the pile of leaves before we bag it. They were being such butts I refused to take a picture so Matt had to take them this year. He didn't do to bad.

HALLOWEEN

We were all dressed warm to run the 5K Halloween morning for girls on the run. J.T. came in before Libby, Chase, and I. I don't remember running hurting so bad maybe I am out of shape:).
The kids on Halloween.
We went to Old Town but there was to many people so we went home and watched scary movies. We were all pretty tired from getting up early that morning and running the 5k. I was dragging butt and ready for bed at 8:00 but made it til midnight.

My dog was a beautiful bride for Halloween. She wasn't to fond of the veil so I had to take it off. Justice is quite the ham. And of course the drool is included for free with every picture!

We took some pictures for Grandma and Grandpa Davis. This is all their grandchildren.

Halloween Week

Justice is such a good little guy. He is taken to every event we go to. He is always smiling and cooing. Very rarely do we have the screaming melt downs in public. He saves those for late nights and early predawn hours.
JT had a Veterans Day half time show up at Holt Arena. The bands (8th grade and up), Cheerleaders, and Dance groups from all the school in town get together and perform. He is the drummer boy in red. He was one of the few 7th graders last year to perform at it. It sure was neat to watch.

We carved our pumpkins on Thursday. We had Aunt Leah, zach, maddie and Aunt Coriena and Jade and Kylie come and carve also. The kids saved the pumpkins seeds and I washed and roasted them. I think I am the only one eating them.

Jt won his match against Hawthorne. He literaly picked the kid up and slammed him down on the mat. It was so cool to watch. It was hard to take pictures I had to make sure he could hear me yelling to "FINISH HIM!"
Chase and Libby are finally done with soccer. They had a great season. The last game was freezing cold. Libby is the best Forward and Chase is an awesome goalie of the league.(In my opinion anyways and thats all that matters:)

What's been happening

Football has ended and JT has decided to wrestle. They practice every Mon. thru Fri from 3:30 to 6:00. He seems to enjoy it. His friend Billy is wrestling also and they happen to be in the same weight class so they have to wrestle each other to see who will have the varsity spot. The loser can then go up a weight class and have a varsity position. They really cool to watch the two of them go at it. Neither one wants to lose so they give it their all. Billy and JT were warming up when Billy bumped JT with his elbow in the eye to now he has a black eye. He looks like he was in a fight.

We had a family Halloween Party. JT and I went as KISS. Libby as Lady GAGA ,Hanna as a rabbit and Justice was a mouse. Chase not seen was a gold faced monster.(He disappeared when the cameras came out.

We went to Arbon to see Grandpa Elmer. He loves babies. Jessi and I went out one day just for a couple of hours to go see him so he could enjoy them. Kabree didn't like the fact she was sharing Grandpa's lap with someone else.

We have one more soccer game and then its onto Basketball for Libby. Chase's Basketball won't start until December. NO THERE IS NO REST FOR THIS FAMILY!!!!

Hanna's Birthday

Hanna turns 4 on Oct. 5 but due to the fact we have Football practice 6-8 and a Soccer game 6:30 to 7:30 and Scouts 7:30-9 we celebrated it early. Once again Grandma Jane to the rescue. She make the most wonderful, best tasting cakes ever. What would we do with out her??

When there isn't something going on we are trying to get the house ready to sell. I have painted and shampooed JT's room and I am now working on the Girls room. What a mess. I can't wait for it all to be put back in its place an done. Chase will be tackled soon also.

HECTIC life

My kids love to play with fire. This time we made them start is the old fashion way.

My kids are the ones with blue and red socks

JT is the center. Yes the one with the other guys hands between his legs :(

Sorry its been so long but life has once again got away from me. Four nights a week we have football practice and once a week we have scouts, soccer practice, and acheivement days. Yes this is more activities then there are nights of the week. LOTS of things overlap. Poor little Justice spends a lot of time in his car seat traveling from one place to the next. Saturday is no different. We have two games (one Football and one Soccer) every Saturday until the 17th of October then only soccer til Oct. 31st. Then basketball starts!!!

We did take time to go up to Scout Mountain and have a BBQ. They all practiced starting a fire using flint and steel while Justice and I enjoyed the campfire started with matches. It took some time but they did it and they roasted marshmellows over there fires.

I know I am slow at posting but I find I have so little time to just type or do anything for myself. I just have to get organized and then I can fit in the other stuff. Justice Matthew was born at 10:51 am Aug 10th. He was 7 lbs. 12 oz. 20 inches long. All turned out okay. Thus far he has not had any of the medical issues that they were scared he was going to have.
This is the first time I had drugs for delevering a baby. WOW!!! I slept during the delivery. I looked down and saw the baby out and couldn't believe that I hadn't felt a thing. I felt a little guilty for going that route but.... hey I didn't know how long I was going to be in labor. They wanted a controled environment so they didn't break my water and they gave me the minimum amount of pit they could. Well my water broke on it's own and I looked up and all these people were running into the room and dressing in gowns and throwing stuff all over the place. The nurses got the bed ready and I just wanted to sleep I asked Matt what was going on and the Nurse said you went from a 5 to crowning in 20 min and we want to catch the baby this time. They did and Matt was able to cut the cord.
The kids are back in school and Football season has started. JT is playing for the Steelers this year. Soccer will start on the 10th of Sept. for Chase and Libby. Hanna I have not found a dance studio to sign her up with yet. Libby shows her horse in the State Fair on the 5th of Sept. So life does not slow down it has just picked up speed. I sure hope this little one likes to travel.

The waiting

The waiting is killing me. They said they would induce labor on the 10th of Aug. I have taken all the kids school clothes shopping and have gotten most of their supplies. Hopefully I have not forgotten anything or else I will be begging help from family to get it before the school year starts.

Libby is doing horse 4-H and has fair Aug 3rd-8th I am going to go watch her compete on Wed. I will post pictures when I get back from this.

My Beautiful Family

Pretty soon this will be outdated and I will have to take a new one to include the new baby. But I do have to say this is one of my favorite family pictures. We just placed the camera on the table at Ross Park and had the timer go off and take this.
